At South Bunbury Marketplace, we pride ourselves in supplying only the freshest and highest, premium quality products for you.
All products you buy in store at South Bunbury Marketplace with the exception of gift cards, fresh meat products and fresh produce are covered by this returns policy.

All fresh products are covered by separate return policies.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers and newspapers cannot be returned. We also do not accept product returns on intimate or sanitary goods.

If you have changed you mind

REFUNDS
We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from South Bunbury Marketplace.

EXCHANGES

We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased provided that the product:

Is returned to us with a receipt within 7 days of purchase.
Is in its original condition, including with packaging; and
Has not been used and, if a perishable product, is not expired or within 2 days of expiry.
